I began my massage career in 2003 My daughter father went to the war and returned home with PTSD. He served in the US Navy for 20 plus years. He would tossed and turned all night and could not sleep well. His body ached from months of sleeping on uncomfortable bunks and in ditches. I really wanted to help, I used to massage him for hours, so he could rest, relax and rejuvenate. During this time., I discovered my gifts. I soon wanted to bring this healing to those in need of touch. It became my goal and passion to help.

I graduated from Concorde career college in 2008 to began my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I've worked at several spa's all around San Diego County. I've studied in area of kinesiology, health and fitness coach, and I'm also a licensed cycle instructor. I am always seeking ways to educate myself in constant CEU's to assure I stay up to date on all the constant changing industry.
